Diana Kayar

Gena Luke is a Real Estate Broker in Charge with nearly a decade of industry experience since 2017, and the founder of New Century Properties in 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and began her career in multifamily acquisitions and underwriting with Lennar Multifamily Communities. Today, Gena specializes in commercial retail, residential and investment properties leveraging deep financial analysis and market insight to identify off-market opportunities and maximize investment returns for her clients.

Diana is a real estate professional with experience since 2021, having launched her career with Keller Williams. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Georgia State University and is currently a law student, giving her a strong legal and strategic edge in complex transactions. Diana works across residential, commercial, and investment real estate, with a focus on structuring deals that protect her clients and maximize long-term value. Known for her precision, discretion, and market insight, she delivers elevated service to buyers, sellers, and investors alike.
